[Power Devour!]

Really fun :D

Took me a while to get what the game was about.
I thought I just had to crush them, and I kept failing even though I crushed them all.
Then I thought I had to do combos like "Crush both sides" at the same time.
FINALLY, I realized I had to EAT them xD
THEN the game became uber fun~ awesome entry :3

I like this, it's a really nice game.
What I found out was that as long as you learn your opponents move and take advantage of their weak body areas, all you'd need is to add Guard.
I found myself guarding everything and breaking through my opponents like crazy after learning their moves and where to block each one :D
But I really like the game idea. It's awesome. Keep up the good work.

Yeah, that's true, but if you don't know your opponents attack pattern that well, then probably levelling up a bit your health wouldn't be a bad idea. ;)

Amazing

AWESOME game dude! I really love how you designed the level and boss.
They're really fun :D And for a hardcore gamer like me, I beat the whole thing without dying after my first try xD

I need to learn how to make something like this.
Any good tutorials out there you might recommend?
Or a little help would be nice...
I've made RPGs before but that was on RPG maker.
I've always wanted to make a 2D platformer just like this one in my spare time.

I'm not a fan of Flash tutorials because it seems no one who's good with AS makes game tutorials. A fair warning, making a Flash game is much harder than RPG maker. Nothing is really set up for you in the same way. Good luck.

Excellent game, fairly addictive, at least until you completely beat it.
I played through it until every medal was mine, and enjoyed it.
The only thing I found the game lacking was a good sense of humor.
And I love me some humor in RPG style games. But nonetheless, it came out to be a really enjoyable game. Sound, Graphics, and Gameplay were all top notch.
Keep up the good work. 10/10, 5/5.

Excellent Game.

I think the fact that it has some secrets to it to achieve som medals makes it a perfect 10, without that it'd probably be a 9. But it has excellent gameplay nonetheless, graphics, sound, and entertainment levels are top notch. The medals give it replay value, and replay value is sexy.

I'm gonna go ahead and help out my fellow troubled Newgrounders. I don't like to give you fish, you learn nothing this way. So instead I'm gonna give you fishing tips, so you can catch those big 275 Medal Points that can be tricky to get.
